Lubricating Oils with Water & Varnish Contamination
SVR® HYDRO is an advanced skid-mounted kidney loop filtration system offering complete lubricant chemistry management through three integrated technologies. Through molecular contamination adsorption with patented ICB® ion-exchange filtration, proprietary mechanical coalescing, and micro-filtration, SVR HYDRO restores and protects lubricants from acid, varnish, particulate, and free and emulsified water in an energy-efficient and expedient manner.

The three-stage process: Phase 1 — ICB ion-exchange pre-treatment reduces emulsified water and removes dissolved varnish; Phase 2 — TMR® AquaPurge Coalescer removes remaining free water and less stable emulsions; Phase 3 — high-efficiency particulate removal polishes the fluid to ultra-low particle counts. Automatic water leg drain with redundant fail-safes enables worry-free unattended operation. Uses only 15% of the energy required for traditional water-removal technologies.
